CLUB WELFARE OFFICER
Concerns or complaints about coaching matters should be made to the coach in charge of a training session in the first instance, then to the owner of Airborne via email. Concerns or complaints about matters of child protection should be made to the Club’s Welfare Officer. Concerns or complaints about administration should be made to the Club via email. All concerns will be acknowledged and dealt with promptly.
The Welfare team work with management, coaches and other staff members and volunteers towards the common goal of achieving and maintaining a positive, child-centered environment.
